Pricing
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, subject to confirmation at the time of final payment, plus a non-refundable booking fee of $75.

Deposits
Deposit requirements and final payment schedules vary depending on the property. The deposit varies from 25% to 40% and the final balance is payable between 4-6 weeks prior to the occupation date. These details are confirmed in the Registration Form. The owner will ask you for a Security Deposit (usually less than AUD $500 and payable directly to the owner). This is refunded on the day of departure less deductions for Extra Charges such as linen, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning (see below - Extras) if applicable and for any damage.

Cancellations
The cancellation fee is also fully explained in the Registration Form which is sent to you when you place a booking. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Arrival/Departure
Arrivals are on Saturdays normally between 3.00pm and 7.00pm. Departures are on Saturdays between 8.00am and 10.00am.

Extras
Extra Charges for linen, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning may also apply. These charges vary from property to property and are stated when the price is quoted.
